The guitar work on the second track is quite impressive. I heard your own voice better in previous work. This time around it sounds more... um... processed? My personal preference is the raw human voice. I still feel that you have nothing to apologize for when it comes to your own undisguised singing voice - which is quite strong on the first track when you stay in your range. I think it is just a matter of supporting your voice a little more.
I think they work, as songs...I am really feeling I need to re-do vocals.
